Heritage Film Lab was founded on a deep respect for film photography and the family tradition that came before it. Although I never had the opportunity to work alongside my dad and grandpa in the darkroom, photography has always been in my blood. Their love for the craft, their patience, and their dedication to doing things the right way are what inspire this lab today.
Heritage Film Lab exists to carry that legacy forward. Every roll of film is treated with care and intention, just as it would have been decades ago—slowly, thoughtfully, and by hand. We specialize in developing 35mm and 120 film, including color (C-41), black & white, and E-6 slide film.
Film holds more than images—it holds moments, memories, and history. Our goal is to honor that by providing dependable, personal service you can trust. Whether it’s your first roll or your hundredth, your film is always in good hands here.

Do I have to ship my film?
No if you are local to the Pittsburg, TX area, I am more than happy to meet somewhere to pick up and drop off your negatives to you.
What kind of film can you develop?
Currently we are developing 35mm and 120 medium format. Color and Black & White. Soon we will also had E6 slide developing as well and 4x5.
How do I get my scans back?
You will receive an email with a link to download all your images. CD's or Thumb drive available for added costs.
Do I get my negatives back?
Yes let us know if you would like your negatives returned. If shipping you will need to pay $5 shipping fee. If local we can meet for delivery.
How fast can I get my film back and scans?
Turnaround times can vary, but we will strive to get your scans to you with 48 to 36 hours after development. If mailing expect 1 to 2 weeks for processing and mailing times. Film will be developed and scanned in the order it was received.
